As a family, we decided it was time for us to get in better shape and we started to look for ways to lose weight. Oh, and to do it in a healthy way.

Our various ages and health conditions showed us that we each needed a different approach to our weight loss strategy. We also realized that this was going to be a lifestyle change, not just a short term thing where we go back to the old way of living when we achieve our goals.

There are plenty of weight loss programs out there, that’s for sure. Our first concern and question is always; “will it help us lose weight naturally  and in a healthy way?”

When we hear a program say “lose weight fast” we get curious and ask “at what cost?” Is it healthy? If losing weight is harmful to us while achieving our weight goals, what good is it?

So, that means one size “does not fit all”.
