Combat The Fat Review

Right up front, if you are looking for a body building program this will not meet your needs. This Combat the Fat program is about “strength training” and building muscle to burn the fat.

The product is built around body weight exercise routines.

Which means you can work your program and exercise routines without having to be in a gymnasium. This program can be used at home or adapted when you are traveling. If you already have a gym membership, the program is laid out for you to use the gym equipment, especially for cardio routines.

OK, with that said, our first impression of this program created an image of a military drill sergeant standing in front of us barking and yelling orders at us to get it in gear and exercise. Thank goodness we took the time to fully research what Jeff Anderson (also known as the “Muscle Nerd”) developed.

Jeff has developed several programs, and the Combat the Fat materials are focused on weight loss. He is a 10 year veteran and now is a fitness consultant (and trainer).

Using his military experience and carrying the drill instructor metaphor into the name and style of his program he provides explanations that show the relevance between military and your needs.

The image of basic training and drill instructors changes when Jeff talks about the need for 30, 40 and 50 year old enlisted men and women that need to be reconditioned to get back in shape for deployment and field maneuvers. Aging and our daily work routines affect everyone the same. The education and techniques taught in the armed forces to burn off the fat quickly and safely are the best around.

It is this concept the Combat the Fat program is built on.

Here is a Combat The Fat Review Official Demo Video:

"There are many great programs to choose from, and one of the most important factors for us, is "do we like the coach?" These programs do not work without the follow through and coaching. So what does this guy look like, sound like, and when we listen, do we like his style and message. So take a test drive and watch some video

Combat The Fat Review Summary:

So here is what we want you to know. The program is designed for both men and women. It also covers a wide age range. In addition, it also discusses the relationship between eating habits, fuel to burn fat and exercise. Jeff emphasizes that you do not have to drastically change how you eat in order to burn the fat off. (However, improving overall health is related to the quality of fuel consumed)

The manuals are clear, well written and use vocabulary that is easy to understand. The routines can be adjusted to meet the needs for both men and women, and more importantly for beginners all the way to advanced skill levels.

You will find the combat the fat materials are fully illustrated with step by step breakdowns for eating principles, workout routines, meal plans and measuring your body fat. Again, all of this is written in layman terms so anyone can understand it. Another thing worth mentioning, for people like me, the font was larger and made it easy to read! This is important, when you review the manual during your exercise routine, very nice.

The eating plans take into account your height, age, weight, body type and body fat level and convert this to a calorie per day format to follow. Meal plans, as well as step by step instructions on food preparations are all done for you in advance. This makes planning so much easier for you.

We searched all the exercise chat forums, blogs and product reviews and found positive responses and comments on this product. If you take the time to research you will find many comments with positive results. The key to this program is investing the time to learn the lessons and follow through to complete the program.
