  Bottom line, the Eat Stop Eat product is about “intermittent or flexible fasting”. Fasting? Whoooh, did I hear Fasting! That turned me off right there. I kept reading anyway and found out this program is loaded with great information regardless of whether you decide to do the fasting thing or not. Did you ever really know that short term fasting is really good for you? I didn’t.

For example, fasting is not starving. Lots of diet programs out there are all about starving us and harming your metabolism. These diet programs are not good for our health in the short term for losing weight, only to gain it right back again. Ever been on that cycle?

So be curious about yourself and this program and check it out. Fasting times can vary, based on your schedule (for example: from 11:30 AM to 11:30 AM or 6:30 PM to 6:30 PM).

Finally, just a few points on the benefits of this type of fasting: it helps the cleansing of toxins from your body, increasing of your metabolic level and increases you energy level. Now that is in addition to burning fat and losing the weight.
