don’t know by now, Jillian Michaels is a
trainer for the reality show “The Biggest
Loser”. If you watch the show, you will see
that this entire reality show is for people
that are obese, helping them to loose hundreds
of pounds naturally. It's a high energy
multi-faceted program with a lot of support for
members (both men and women). The online forum
is extensive and full of training videos, meal
plans and access to coaching. In the forum, you
are encouraged to find a buddy with similar
goals as you who is your weight loss partner.
