At first
glance, the title of this program made me think this will be a
great product for somebody in their 20’s or 30’s. It just
sounds more like a program for my grandkids than something for
the old “Flab-Ab Man”.
I
realized that this program is about losing the spare tire
around the middle, and that goes for all ages. It's all
about burning off that stubborn belly fat. I may not be
interested in the rippling abdominal muscles; however, I am
interested in reducing my risk of heart attack. The flab has
to go!
All
right, I looked a little closer and decided to give this
program a try.

speaks to male-female both young and old. The key is to read all the
materials, design your program, start out where you are
comfortable, then build from there.

writing style is an easy read and clearly structured.

won’t matter if you are a flabby beginner or experienced.
It
doesn’t matter if you are young or old. Be prepared to curse
Mike Geary’s name for 45 minutes. Then you will be ready to
thank him for feeling great and the return of your energy.
The fat
will burn off. The program is marketed and sold based on the
appeal for better shape and looks. However, this program is
designed around how to lose weight naturally and develop a
healthy life style that promotes vitality to go along with
the looking good part.

looking at Mike Geary’s credentials, he received his
bachelors of science degree from Susquehanna University in
Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. Today he is a certified personal
trainer and certified nutrition specialist for over 15
