Tip #1: Cut out Processed Sugar

This tip is not easy - cutting out the processed sugar from your diet. When you are eating sugary foods, you pack on the pounds. Processed sugar creates an acidic base internally. If you get too acidic, your body stores the acid or toxins in your fat! Cutting out sugar in your diet will help you to lose weight fast.

Once you decide to do this, you will find that the first few days are going to be difficult, because your body is going to start craving sugar even more. Like caffeine, our body becomes addicted to sugar. You may even have a ‘withdrawal headache’ for a few days. Drink lots of water to help flush out the toxins. Be strong and make sure that you fight these cravings and not give in to them. Once you get past the withdrawals, you will find that your thinking is clearer and you will have more energy!

Tip #2: Get Into a Regular Routine

Another important tip if you want to lose weight fast is to set up a routine both for your exercises and meals. Think of it as a life change. This is going to be very important if you want to not only lose weight now but keep it off in the future. Plan you meals in advance so that you know what you are going to be eating each day; you will be less likely to snack on junk food. Do your grocery shopping when you are full!

Know your workout routines in advance. This is where a structured program is great. There are several great programs that will give you this structure. By having a routine and planning ahead, you are going to find it much easier to stick to your program and get the results that you are looking for.

You are changing years of habits that have not served you well. Remember, form a new habit and it forms you. When you complete a workout session, take a moment to feel how good it is to complete that session. Visualize how you are going to look. Make losing weight and getting in shape fun. Notice all the changes in your body, no matter how small! You can do it!
